The foundation of any application is the Data Model. Doug has been building and supporting Data Models since starting out as a Database Administrator in the Marine Corps. Navigating complex Data Models is a seldom appreciated task that Doug does with ease.
Building Data Warehouses, Reporting platforms, and Analytics pipelines is Doug's most valuable skill set.
Data Integration, or fitting square pegs in round holes, Doug also finds fun. Bringing applications and teams together to understand how multiple sets of data can enrich the other is exciting, and can lead to a new break through.
Managing Database infrastructure, Cloud migrations, and NoSQL platforms is also part of Doug's expertise.
